They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. My overall experience with this nursing home was just ok. I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to recommend them to anyone. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.
