My mother and father are both currently in this facility. My mom isnt able to get around and the place kicked her out since her insurance ran out. They said she would have to pay $400 daily to continue to stay there and I wouldnt pay $4. The place is dirty and the staff is rude. There is only one aide who was really helpful and she should be employed elsewhere where she is valued. I would not send any loved one to thiis horrible facility, it could actually be a blessing that my mother is getting thrown out.

years ago the staff are like vultures!!! First I like to say if your trying to keep your loved one safe don't send them to Immaculate Mary!!! My mom has suffered 2 broken legs and 3rd degree burns! My mom has dementia and they left her roam all around the building unsupervised she wound up on the 1st floor pouring her own coffee and dropping it on her lap! She just suffered 2 broken legs and may never walk again the doctors are telling us and on top of all of this immaculate Mary gave her bed to someone else while she was in the hospital and won't even give her another bed after she called this place home for 5 years! She was stuck in the hospital with no one accepting her to another facility for rehab!!! They are vultures. Please NOTE this place has been sold to a private investor 2 years ago and has gone rapidly gone down hill with the staff and cleanliness'!! My sister and brother complained about shit being all over the walls and floors in my moms bathroom and they said they can't keep cleaning it. My sister went back 2 days later and it was still there!!! The Cna told my mom to shut up when I was on the phone holding for my mom! I complained but that person still works there!!! Not ounce did anyone apologize or call me about my mom severely injured in there care!!! No one!! In Fact they were so rude I couldn't even believe it!!! There own front desk told me to watch out for my mom because the place is going down hill fast. My mom was telling me she was starving and the food was awful so did the staff tell me this!!

My father was placed here for only one month for Alzheimer's disease on the 3rd floor. They transferred him out to the hospital twice in only 3 1/2 weeks. Doctor only saw him once & never tried to correctly adjust his medication to control his behavior. The support staff was sweet but the nurses & admin were rude. They ignore their patients & only do the necessary, do not go above & beyond. I was told by the director that they do not offer "one-on-one" care. Would never recommend this facility to anyone!

The facility is not clean. The facility contains broken drawers for the residents to use. A few members of the staff are helpful. Most of the staff do not respond nicely to questions from the family. Information is difficult to obtain about our father. The room is dirty and personal hygiene is not a priority.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They claim to be Dementia certified to handle those behaviors and they are not! Only put your loved one here if they are in a wheelchair & cannot speak so that the staff does not have to over exert themselves! If not, they will kick your loved one out in a sneaky, shadey way!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The staff is rude and does not answer their call bells. They are lazy and complain about doing their jobs. The food is not edible.
