the room smelled bad. The staff appears unorganized and uncaring. You have to continually remind them of your need.

This is one of the worst homes for anyone let alone for one of your love ones. The STAFF are VERY LAZY, rude, and inconsiderate. This home does not exhibit quality care or healthcare. I do not believe proper training or knowledge is done in this facility. The rooms are small and unclean. The patients are not priority in the staff eyes and they are mistreated.
