Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back

Yes, they could have waited
