My Mother passed away just after we had paid ahead on her room and board. This was over $6,000. The estate requested a refund and now it has been 60 days and nor refund. The office manager Sean has been unresponsive and non caring. Think twice before you place a loved on in their care. The staff is diligent and caring but the parent company is cold, non communicative, and non caring. It's all about the money.
