The staff have real care and concern for the residents they put on festivals for them for the holidays and the food is always excellent I enjoyed my visit.

They don't follow there own polices, when it comes to residents. They staff is rude, unfriendly. They don't want to make anybody feel at home or comfortable. The mood of the place is good one minute and crappy the next. If I could I would give it no stars.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

level of care by nurses was unacceptable...they gave my mom old pillows that smelled of urine, bed was broken. when my mother would ask for her pain medicine they would say "ok" and leave the room; then my mom waited over 2 hours to get her meds. night time nurse never came to check on her when it was her shift. the only staff member that treated my mother good was Angelina, the rest were lazy and could be heard gossiping outside the rooms.
