I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

My mother was a patient at Inglemoor Care Center in Livingston about 5 years ago and I would never recommend anyone pick this Care Center if you have other options. The nurses are rude, they do not respond to the patients when they are called, and if they do respond it usually takes anywhere between 15-20 minutes. Recently a friend's grandmother had been a patient at Inglemoor and it's just gotten worse. You call for a nurse and their response time in anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes. When the patient would press the call button for the nurse, the nurse would come into the room turn off the call light and said she'd return in about 5 minutes and never did!! This happened about five times in the same week. The nurses would put the patient on the toilet and leave her there for about 45 minutes. The patient would continue to pull the cord and press the button for help and no one would come. I’ve witnessed a patient sitting in the hallway who was being screamed at by a nurse at the top of her lungs and patients who have soiled themselves because the nurses take too long to respond when called. I recently read that the Care Center received a 5 star rating in 2010! I would love to know how that was possible. I’ve seen nothing not one thing that would make me consider ever returning to Inglemoor or recommending it to anyone.
