CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION ZERO STARS!
This is the worst place that I have ever experienced. I would not take my worst enemy here, let alone my mother. The staff does nothing but sit behind the desk. Completely useless. My mother fell and we had to call 911- they never bothered to check on her. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. KEEP LOOKING,!

Pt and iOT were very nice, but it was unfortunate that I was confined to my room due to covid restrictions and did not get the therapy my doctor ordered for me. It was 8 days wasted. I was put in a room where ylthir residents were and was treated like I was a senile old lady. The CNA were very nice and helpful . But for 6 days I kept asking to wash up and all I got was a basin of warm water. My stay there was very frustrating as they were treating me like I couldn’t too for myself or think fir myself. My Dr discharged me and I called for the discharge nurse waited almost 3 hours for her only to find out she left and was told I would have to wait till the next day. Needles to say that wasn’t going to happen. They also broke the Hippa law as they contacted my friend regarding my care and release. There was nothing signed by me giving them permission to speak with her as I was very capable to make my own decisions. Call director 2 times with no response . Same fir the discharge nurse.

My mom stayed here after breaking her hip. They took outstanding care of her. They are accommodating, knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd skilled nursing facility my dad has been to in the last 6 months. They are nicely staffed and my dad is always clean, dressed, always ready for therapy, and never left alone to fend for himself. It's a great facility with lots of activities & has a terrific activity center for the patients and residents to use. It also had a nice eating area where family's can eat with the residents.
Note - 6 months ago we went with another facility that had a state of the art therapy room. We ended up having to hire a caregiver to care for my dad every morning - to make sure my dad was clean, dressed and ready for therapy because on more than I did occasion I found him sitting in the dark, completely soiled, and ended up late for therapy many times because they were severely understaffed and would forget about him. We also had family & friends journal their experiences there because of neglect - before we were able to get him transferred to another place.
