BE CAUTIOUS. Tonight paramedics were called to take my mother to the ER. After they got there, they began looking around for a nurse or someone to get full details as to why they were called for my mother, however, no one was around. A CNA finally showed up, shoved papers at them, and said she was "going to lunch" leaving the paramedics and my mother locked on the floor. The floor was empty, no medical staff NO ANYONE, anywhere to be found. I have brought this dangerous 'empty floor' situation to their attention before and was assured this would never happen again. Well, they lied. If this had been a heart attack patient, they could have died. Think hard about trusting them to care for you loved ones!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
