I can't stop telling people how wonderful KB is in absolutely every way. The staff is well-trained, communicative, smart, and caring. It is the most beautiful of facilities and the food is excellent. My mom is in assisted living. The contrast to my fathers bad experience in a for profit senior care facility is night and day.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
