Things disappear. Patients belongs such as clothes, phone chargers, decorations for room disappear and the staff does not care and neither does the administrator or owner.

Stay away from there if you really love your relatives. Place is not clean, lacks equipment, food very poor. They do not care about the residents. All they care about is making money and saving as much as they can.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
