Very concerned about this place, feel like it is going downhill. Rehab has been closed forever as they lost their license for that side. Very little staff, food is really lousy. Parent has been visited in night at least 3 times in the last 6 weeks by alzheimers patients, this place does not have enough staff to watch for alzheimer's patients. My parent was very freightened, and could not get them out of the room. How long is it going to take to get rehab back up and running and rehire staff. I bet long term care will be closed before that happens. No one seems to care anymore.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

My Mom is currently a resident in the rehab part. disappointed in some of the care she is receiving. Having to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to her after the call button was pushed on more than one occasion.. Staff not knowing how to deal with her drains and the protocol the Dr had sent. Having to request a shower for her because they never came in to give her one after 4 days. Staff was kind for the most part,

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

No, I was on edge

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
