I noticed their credentials were well displayed. It made me even more confident that they were qualified. I never noticed that the staff took phone calls outside of their duties. Their full attention is always on the patients. The staff are very dedicated to their responsibilities. They were kind, considerate, and respectful. They take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy coming here. Their facility was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The review above submitted by "SaveMySoul" Is clearly mean spirited and patently false.

There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. if you get admitted to the nursing home they will drug you up to the point you don't remember nothing about yourself or who your family is very scary i wonder if this is long term or short. they strap you down like a mental patient if you try to question or tell them you want to leave that place. I really hope they do a thural investigation on this Nusring Home for all the mistreatment and abuse they indure on all there patients
