I brought my father here to recover after a stroke. The facility was older, but recently updated and rather inviting. I was impressed by the grounds and by the staff in general. The stay was enjoyable, the therapy was timely and appropriate, and the food was quite good. A very nice suprise after a very bad incident. Thank you!

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. If someone asked me to suggest a good nursing home in the area, it wouldn't be this place. They don't deserve a recommendation in my opinion.
My Dad was in Life Care Center in Sedro-Woolley, WA last year with his cancer-his stay was for a month. My brother is presently in the same facility and has been there for 2 weeks. With both of their stays, the most frustrating thing so far is the response to the call button-when my Dad was in there, it got to be a joke-he would push the call button to go to the bathroom and we'd start timing how long it would take before there was a response-up to 18 minutes for him!! That's absurd! Tonight, my Mom and I went to see my brother-he was wet and we needed assistance getting him into his wheelchair so we could wheel him around...it took 22 minutes before someone responded to the call button. By the time we got the help, and he was changed, it was too late to wheel him around-it's really frustrating to see how long the response time is-it should never be like this. If the facility is under-staffed, then there should be some hiring done to take care of the problem-I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone-in fact, I'd help them find a better facility.

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

Absolutely Not

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Never, they are very reliable.
