My wife was recently a patient there and it's a good place, but she's only been there for a day! They allow 4 smoking times during the day! Most of the time one can smoke 2 cigarettes during their Smoke Breaks, but depending on what staff person accompanies you and the number of patients smoking! The Smoke times are at 9:15 a.m. /1:15 p.m. / 5:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.
These are not in stone, but pretty much accurate! The facility is very well kept inside and one can not get out of the doors within the facility, except by a code for the security of the door....an interesting note, We were all COVID Vaccinated, including the 2nd shot and STILL HAD TO WEAR A MASK....which they provide. My wife was also put in containment for a week.....because of the pandemic regulations there in place....

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
