I couldn't get a single person here to answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I sometimes have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized more often. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They were barely helpful at all. I rarely get to express my opinions when I'm with this provider. They always seem rushed to get done with the appointment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. my mother was here and passed away and I overheard the administrator kelli Perry say that patients are just a head in the bed. They don't truly care about the patients, social work is a joke and give you disrespect and attitudes when meeting with them, nurses actually fall asleep during family team meetings, i would not recommend this place to one, worst care my family ever received.

This place may seem great at first, however once a patient decides to either stay LTC or for rehab they find out quite fast that the place is awful...the social work is terrible, they don't respect patients privacy and they do not make the patients first priority...the administrator, only cares about making a buck...I recently had a family member pass away there, and as I was waiting for someone to pronounce her as passed, I walked around the facility hoping to find someone and overheard the administrator, Kelli Perry say, "the patients are just a head in the bed here" there are a select few nurses that are wonderful and provide great care, but in terms of compassion and making the patient first priority forget it...this company just wants the money, and the director of nursing is also heartless...pick a different place for your loved one especially if they are preparing for their final resting place

The review from April 29 makes me laugh, it's so horrible but yet your grandma was there for a decade.... You clearly don't know what you're talking about. I do agree it seems understaffed, but what nursing home doesn't. Accidents happen every where. Staff was nice, food was good, rehab was great... Overall I was happy.

I wish I could leave a no-star review. This place is horrible. I don't understand how there are some positive reviews on here - must be from staff working there. Both my grandmother and mom were here. My grandmother for a decade before she died and my mom for a short time rehabbing. I should have sued them for an injury my mom sustained due to a careless aide. I wouldn't send my worse enemy there. The administrative folks are quite nice because they want your $$$ but after that, good luck. The nurses are short staffed and always busy. Some are great, some are rude. The aides are a mixed bag as well - some are good, some hate their job and it shows. The PT staff are the best though, but that's the only good thing about this place.
