They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU LOVE IN THIS FACILITY! My mother WAS in this facility and the care she recieved was the worst ever, being a ciabetic and having problems eating they did not monitor her and let her blood sugar go down to 15 then they realized she was unresponsive at 4am called the ambulance and she died 1 week later at kyser in riverside due to brain damage. she never had a chance. I would never use or recommed this place.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The STAFF is very rude,not friendly at all. However, the place is very nice & clean.

I am not sure if it is staffing or just plain lack if care, but getting someone there to answer a question with an actual answer is like pulling teeth from a croc. You would just assume bite your own hand off than spend hours getting the same response from everyone.... " I will have to transfer you to someone who can better answer your questions. Now Still sitting here with no clue who the actual Dr. is and what the plan of action is

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I have been in other facilites that seemed very uncaring and unclean. My mother was at this facility for 8 months. The staff was loving and amazing in caring for her. I would recommend them to anyone who needed rehab or custodial care for short or long term. In addition, their rehab'therapy staff are GREAT as well as others that went above and beyone what their actual jobs entailed. THANK YOU MRNC for making me feel at ease in leaving my Mother's care in your hands when I couldn't be there! God Bless you for what you do.
