Facility is plagued with problems. Resident’s rights are frequently violated. Communication with staff is terrible. The doctors affiliated with this facility are the absolute worst (Comsti). Housekeeping issues are less than desirable; therefore infectious disease such as C.diff is rampant throughout and spread from staff to patient. Long-term patients with dementia and bi-polar are not isolated from other patients. Nutritional services are lacking. Health and welfare of patients are compromised.
