They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Manchesrter Manor, Nursing and Rhab in Lakehurst/Manchester, NJ
The Administrator Gary and the Activity Director Bonnie, don't deserve to be employed there. I an a retired LTC Army, 34 Years, and I have a entertainment business. These 2 refuse to pay for services rendered. My wife and I have entertained there for over 3 years. We performed there every month. When our pay was getting three months behind I questioned Bonnie. She got mad at me for asking about my pay. She started to cancel dates that she had booked. Finally in Oct2012 I got payed for July 2012, She then canceled Nov 2012 by leaving me a message on my voicemail.In Dec 2012 we show up on the date scheduled and see tell us we are not book, which is a lie. She wouldn't get out her calender for that december to see us booked on that date. As a representative of the facility she booked the dates. When we perform we submitt a performance agreement to Bonnie.
But according to Gary, the Administrator he doesn't have to pay us because we dont have a contract. The acceptance of the Performance Agreement is a contract. If you go into Bonnies office, and look at her desk you can see why she can't find anything. I have never seen someone so unorganized. Gary is an idiot!!!! First off the way he talked to my wife, he was lucky that day, and telling us "this is my house" and I can do and say what I want..Very unprofessional person. I am taking this case to small claims court and I am going to let the Press know how this place treats Veterans. I am not the first person Bonnie has done this to....

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. My mom was ther for a short time during Hurricane Sandy and while sage was there her gold cross and chain went missing. Really she had these for years without incident. Now all of a sudden it's missing- stolen is more like it. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Despicable!
