My mother had a stay here last year, and I was not satisfied. We actually ended up transferring her back home and paying out of pocket for skilled nursing services versus keeping her there. The place smells, the staff seems to understaffed, and one particular nurse named Nikki that we had was rude and seemed unconcerned about my mom's care. When my mom told her she was in pain she did nothing, so my mom sat in pain for another four hours until the next nurse came on shift realized how uncomfortable my mom was and got her the proper assistance. I was very unhappy!

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding
