The quality of care is horrific. Found my mother on Saturday afternoon, who had just spent 2 nights from being transferred from another nightmare of a place, Westside Regional Hospital, laying in bed, naked and cold. On Sunday, went there, only to find her laying in a wet bed. The "aide" said she refused to get up..... So they let her lay in a pool of urine for how many hours??? She is 94 and fell, causing injury (no breaks or fractures) to her hip. She and other relatives have been in and out of rehab centers....but never did any of them spend time here. Manor Care is pure Hell. If one MUST come here, be sure to have a 24 hours advocate in the room especially during the weekends..... Absolutely horrible. Transferred her next day to a place I was familiar with....who's workers smiled and were caring.....

Absolutely Not

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes, I was left alone too long
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
