Where do ibegin? I was an in pt for cardiac regab. Some of the staff treated me like a child causing me to become emotional. My meds were mixed and not always available. The one male murse had a chip on his shoulder. I was told that i was there due to heart and not rehab, which wasnt trye. I refused to eat especially after getting a crao cup, silverware with water spots and that felt greasy.

When i had complained, the administrations attention focused on my health issue and not my complaint. I haf done an AMA early discharge that people tried getting me to change my mind, stating that i had a sick heart.

Whenever i would ask what the medical staff was doing for my condition, the attention was placed on my heart and my question went unanswered. I wax to say 2 wks, i had discharged myself after 3 days. When this got out, the staff brcame angry with me and i wad unable to have p.t on the day i was to leave. I was told that i needed to be out by 5pm or i would be trespassing. I haf stated my ride was comiing from a distance. I was told if they were not there by 5 that i would be put out, police would be called and that i could catch the bus.

I had gone in as a conjestive heart pt with hypertension and diabetes.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Not if my life depended on it

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

The place smells like rotting animals. When the EMS providers dropped my dad off in his room they disconnected his Oxygen- the nurses aide came in an hour and a half later for vitals and checked his o2 level and it was at 80 when it should be 90-100. He did not receive any of his medication until his 3rd day there.There is no TV in the room leaving my dad to lay there all day and stare at the wall. No one helped him eat, being a stroke patient with only the ability to use one arm/hand. They spend minimal time with the patients and aren't helpful at all.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
