They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. They didnt shower a resident when they were suspose to, they didnt trim hair or shave resident. Had to wait a very long time to get houskeeping to unit to clean up spill. Building was clean and in good shape. I did not fee comfortable with the professional help
