Hello...My mother, Dorris Couch was care-receiver there more than
ten years ago; now, my sister, Jeanne Case is there, and I came to visit her there last month.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the changes;...it was much more up beat...and of course a lot more male attendants who were cheerful and helpful, and were moving among the care receivers calling them by first name etc. All the workers I saw, were open and seemed to be on friendly terms. My sister was happy to be there also! So, I give is a
"thumbs up" and wish you all the best. Keep up the good work.!

Yes, they went above and beyond

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did the staff at this senior care facility seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Was this senior care facility clean?
Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

I was told this was a rehab facility and it was spectate from the nursing home which it is not. This place is a nursing home not a rehab facility. They have been good to my mom but she doesn't need a nursing home and it doesn't seem like she is going to get the rehab she needs. Ism in hopes to transfer her to another place because she will suit down in this place and die on me. It takes them a long time to come to her room when light is pushed. Not impressed at all

If you truly love your family or friends DO NOT take them to this home!!!!! I know from personal experience that this home is very neglectful. If you could see the pictures of my mom's injurys when she was left in their care it would make you sick to your stomach. My mom ended up with a broken shoulder, brain bleed, parkinsons, a large blood swollen knot on her temple, two black eyes and a hand print accross her neck where they try to break her fall which did not work. They said she try to get out of her chair when noone was in there. Well someone was in there cause there is a hand print bruise on her neck and she did not put it there!!!!!! The prove is in the pictures. Don't ever trust their word!!!!!! They are very neglectful and they will lie to you. Guarantee to happen again!! Just don't let it be your loved one! After the hospital stay we moved her to a different home. It was a very long recovery for her ( about a year) and she will never fully recover from it. Take your loved one to Lutherans Home in Frankenmuth. It's a really Great home with a Great staff. My mom loves it there:-))

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
