Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated my loved one.
