The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
