I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home.My only problem with this nursing home is the Racial Tention I have seen and heard so much about. They are not too quick to hire African Americans, yet they keep enough of them not to be in trouble. Is Very hard for a African American to obtain employment here. Also They rarely go out to recruite African American clients as they do the Caucasian Americans. Not very many African American residents shows something is wrong. The place is going down very fast.
