My mother was admitted on Friday night last February 13 from a hospital after the hospital JFK recomended and said it was a 5 stars rating as they have in a big banner at the lobby. It was horrible welcome to my mom and I, the place smells, they don't even went to see where the paramedics left her, no attendance for over a hour, in a room w 4 beds, and one of wheel chair it was blocking the bathroom door. I called the admission person and he never called back. I ask for assistance while another lady was asking for the same for her husband, that arrived after us. Next day we went check on her, and she was in a worst caring condition then the night before, we left with her, I should never left her for even one night, it is a horrible place to put anyone, dirty, rude staff and they don't care at all how is the eldery starting w a admission people, promise a lot and vanished soon the person is admitted.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
