Nightmare facility. Get out of this place while you can. Do not put your loved ones here. Do not work here.They do not care about anything except protecting their interests, not include actual patients or staff.

Susan & Chris have HELPED me w/in a 24 hour period as other facilities have been brushing me off for weeks. I can't thank them enough! I/we are also looking forward to placing our family member in their care VERY soon. :)

Anyone who gives this place a good review has not been there. The focus is on protecting themselve. There are good people there - nurses and staff but they are essentially a nursing home with people put in the hallways as a form of entertainment. The worse place ever and I will do all I can to ensure I never end up in a place like that. They need a patient advocate - not a social worker there - because their primary interest is protecting their interests. Do all you can to never go there....and keep your parents away from it if you care about them.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

I am an RN with 42 years experience, and was recently a patient at this facility for almost a month and was very impressed and happy about the care I received. When I first learned that I was going to this facility after discharge from Jersey Shore University Medical Center, I was very nervous, depressed, and unhappy because I was not familiar with this facility and had requested two other facilities, one of which I had been in after major back surgery. The facilities I had requested were not able to accommodate my needs and I was sent to the Medicenter and it was the best thing that could have happened to me! When I arrived at the front door, I was met by several staff members, including the Nurse Manager of the unit to which I was assigned. They made me feel very welcomed and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Everyone caring for me, who included my assigned physicians (Internal Medicine & Physiatrist), the nurses, aides, dietary, housekeeping & especially physical therapy provided me with excellent care throughout my stay. I hope that I won’t need to be sent to another subacute nursing facility in the future, but if needed, I would definitely request to be sent here!!! Thanks Medicenter for helping me so much.
