Very poor nursing staff. Uneducated and dropped the ball on several occasions. Follow up phyician orders and appointments not made or followed. Nursing staff did not understand difference between a patient being disoriented (person/place/time) vs just plain increased confusion. On call physician did not return phone calls and upon discharge medications called into pharmacy incorrectly on a Sunday when nobody could be reached to help. Social worker makes promises on what she can help you with until actual discharge when everything changes. If you are strictly in there for some help with basic care and living the aides were great, just watch out if actual medical attention is needed.

A close relative stayed approx a week for rehab and experience was far from pleasant. Meds not given unless asked on two occasions. Mix up of food trays. Name plate not on door until two days prior to end of stay. Noticed another resident who at first was being fed with assistance was left to fend for their self. Relative was told showers were twice a week but received only one during eight day stay. Staff annoyed at visiting family members. Family so glad this ordeal is over.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. "WOULD NOT LET MY DOG STAY HERE.WAITED 4 DAYS TO GET AN IV FOR MY LOVED ONE.ONE STAFF MEMBER SAID TO ME THIS IS UNCALLED FOR REPORT THEM.MORE THING'S GOING ON HERE THAN MEET'S THE EYE. I HOPE THIS PLACE SHUT'S DOWN BEFORE SOME ELSE LOOSES A LOVED ONE

Milford Manor has a wonderful Staff of Nurses, Dietary Aides, Administration, Therapist, Housekeepers and Recreation Assistants. They take extra special care of the facility, the halls are clean and odorless. The residents' rights are respected by the entire staff. I made the perfect decision sending my loved one to Milford Manor!

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I was never able toSPEAK TO THE DON, SHE WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALLS, AND WHEN I CAME IN PERSON, THE SECRETARY SAID SHE WAS IN A MEETING, THIS HAPPENED FOR 2 WKS, I FINALLY TOOK MY FAMILY MEMBER ELSE WHERE, BEST DECISION I EVER MADE, SHAME ON YOU MARIE. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.
