HORRIBLE!!!!!

This Place is one of the worst I have ever seen. My relative was totally neglected. There were large cuts and Black and Blue marks all over his body. They did not try and feed or medicate my relative to help them pass over. I can see why it is rated below standard. Out of 5 they are rated 2 which is below standard. They had an alarm on there wheelchair and it would go off and no one would respond. I did not know how to turn it off, so it just rang and rang. Please check it out yourself before you would put a loved one here

I'm surprised at the other person's rating of this facility. Maybe it's just because I've been through 2 other facilities before settling my friend (I'm his guardian) here, and I know how horrible these places can be, but I think they're great! Sure, there have been a few issues here & there, but that's everywhere! With the exception of a few (and I mean 2, maybe 3 tops!) people, the staff here are GREAT! They are very helpful & will address any issues you're having right away! Very accommodating, personable, caring, knowledgeable & hardworking! One of the very few places where turnover isn't sky high due to the facility treating their staff with respect (from what I can see from the outside looking in, anyway) and offering great incentive programs which in turn improves the quality of care. They welcome family/friend involvement and offer several activities for the residents EVERY DAY that keep them active. Honestly, I could go on & on. The point is, I've never left a review for anywhere if I wasn't completely disgusted with it, so that in itself should say something! I trust Minerva Park with my loved one & would recommend them to anybody looking for quality care. You just have to be involved & let the staff know of any concerns so that they can take care of it. There won't be many, but if you need something changed you have to let them know!

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!
