The office was not cold it was fine. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel comfortable. I'm just another student to them. Although they looked professional, their attitudes were not there. They had cold attitudes and made me and other classmates feel unwanted and as if we were just in their way. When asked if we could help we were told "No, I got this". They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered the safety of the residents, students and staff. I did not see this in them. They brought a resident that was on Quarantined outside of his room and down the hallways where the other residents where visiting to give that person a shower......I felt this was not safe for that resident, the other resident, the staff nor the students. He should have been showered or given a bed bath in his room...... But I will say they had awesome team work

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
