DO NOT GO HERE, they refused family in the room when caring for my family ( big red flag) (family has the right to be in the room esp with those loved ones who cant speak for themselves as my grandmother couldnt ) telling me it was because staff get nervous. also my grandmother died alone even though they were specifically told to call if she took a turn for the worse. they KNEW she was dying but no call( was told when called after shed been "mottling" over 24 hours which is a definitive sign that a person will die soon), at one visit when she first got there, they didnt know where she was when i came in ( found down hall by door ) they made sure she couldnt use her legs to move her wheelchair with hard cusions, causing her potential contractures as well as the likely hood of embolisms from lack of moving her legs, which she was there due to freq tia's (unseen clots causing ministrokes) already. inability to really watch over your loved one as they deny you to be a part of that care
