in 2000 My aunt was diabetic and had dementia and the only reason she was not somewhere else was I had a friend and her daughter working there. When they were not working she was in horrible condition, uncleaned, late or no medication, when she had times on clarity she would ask for food or drink and her requests were ignored. When my friends mom was diagnosed with cancer and they both quit it wasn't long before my aunt passed away from a diabetic coma. If it were possible to go lower than one star I would.

This is a bad place. The staff is unfriendly. They also let my loved one fall out of bed because they did not fix the bed rail. The night my love one fell out of bed, the nursing home fix the rail. When we went to ask questions the administrator shut the door in our faces. Then social worker called us and said we need to get the stuff out of the room because they will not let my love one come back.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
