Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
