They are very rude and never listen to family members. Today I went to visit a relative and they had NO socks on, mind you windchill outside was -25 -40 . They were so cold they were shaking. Family has brought in blankets for them to put on lap so they aren't so cold and last night there was a fall and today a huge skin tear on arm. Was given nothing to drink with breakfasat and food was so hot was unable to even eat it. They refuse to lay her down when she is clearly exhausted and asks to be layed down. Placed a little 1-2 i matt on floor beside bed incase falls out of bed again....where are the side rails????

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my father. I could tell my father isn't their primary concern.
My brother has now moved to Crivitz to ensure our dad gets the treatment and care he should have. I am SO disappointed, especially with his case manager
