Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

When I visited this nursing home I was sad to see the care the person I visited was getting. Her teeth hadn't been cleaned in several days from the way her dentures looked. Her skin was extremely dry from not being lotioned. Her roommates tray was brought in and put in front of her and she was left to look at her food with no help from the staff to eat it.The nurses on the floor she was on were not friendly and it was apparent they were clueless as to the care she had been receiving. Her nails were dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned in awhile. I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone.

the day i was there visiting , i saw multiple signs of neglect to some of the residents......trays were sat in front of them and no assistance was offered or given to the ones who could not feed themselves, then the trays were taken away, so the residents did not get fed. staff was very rude and reluctant to offer any info or help when asked........RN on staff was unable to answer questions asked by the responsible party
