My mom moved in 2014 to North Oaks Retirement Community. She has enjoyed the friends she has made, various activities and the meals prepared. It is a beautiful area and well kept. It was an adjustment period but the family knowing someone is available for her with the push of a button gives great peace of mind. Very pleased.

I have been a resident of North Oaks Retirement Community for 2 years now. This is the silk stocking of retirement communities. The location is excellent, the building is stylish and elegant and the food is comparable to a very good restaurant. Above all is the quality of the staff. They are helpful and resourceful. From the attentive wait staff, to the capable driver that takes us everywhere, to the fitness trainer, to the events coordinator who takes us to the theater, they all make our lives easy. I am very happy to live here!

The management is attuned to the needs of residents at North Oaks.
The independent living facilities are comfortable and kept in the best conditions.
All the employees are competent and caring.
The residents are friendly and involved with activities and each other.

North Oaks Retirement Community is not only beautiful but gracious in the welcoming of its new residents. My father recently moved to North Oaks - and while it could have been a challenge given the many other people moving in at the same time, the team at North Oaks was outstanding in communicating with both us and our father to make sure that we had clear directions necessary to make our move in successful and with the least amount of anxiety. Our family is over the moon with North Oaks. The team here is outstanding. The community itself beautiful.

North Oaks is well maintained retirement community. The decor is rich and elegant. The nursing staff and administration are well trained and caring. The residents are treated with respect. The community doesn't have the institutional feel that many others have. North Oaks really feels like your own home. They are equipped to provide a wide range of care based on the needs of the individual resident.

I chose this community for my grandmother after the sudden death of my grandfather. As you can imagine this was a terrible time for me and my family. I toured 3 other communities and this is the only community that gave me the "home" feeling. The staff was so kind, caring and compassionate. We had a meal and a lunch tour, the food was great, it was homemade and served with a smile. My grandmother has been there for about 2 years and she has turned into a new person. She is social and enjoys the activities as well as the new friends she has made. I recently went and had lunch with her and as soon as lunch was over, she kicked me out to load the bus and go for an afternoon outing. (I have never been so happy to be asked to leave.... haha) Thank you for having such a great place for my grandmother to call home at the age of 90!

I just love it here at North Oaks! Everything you want is right here. You make lots of friends so you don't get lonesome. I would recommend North Oaks because it is better than anything I've ever seen. There is always something to do, a ton of events, you can watch movies, and enjoy fine dining with new and old friends.

North Oaks is a great place to call home. "The people are so friendly!", "There is so much going on!", "I could not have asked for a better place to live!", are just a few of the numerous positive comments that I have heard from residents who live at North Oaks. I have worked here for almost ten years, and not only do I feel like the residents are my family, but I have created my family here too! Over the years, I have observed residents come to our community with reservations about entering a new environment and creating a new place to call home. These same residents are now beaming with excitement, participating in ongoing activities, joining active groups, and establishing roots. I truly feel that North Oaks is a wonderful place to live and to work and I would highly recommend it to my own friends and family.
