To Lindsay and Not Pleased

You have "hit the nail on the head" about Oak Knoll. There is no customer service but a tremendous amount of arrogance from every staff member in this place right to the top not to mention the ‘pretty woman' problems. The care is substandard if you even obtain any care. Anyone who would send a family member here and be pleased has their head in the sand if they believe that all is well in this Hell. The only things the staff here does well is to pretend to be doing their job. Their job seems to argue, ignore and be almighty until it is time to punch out for the day. Don't subject anyone you love to this torture chamber.

This place should be named HELL HOLE.

The staff are rude and don't care about anything except for ending their shift. The staff is also disrespectful and non caring.

If you ever have a problem in this Hell Hole you will never receive any customer support.

Their lack of care almost caused my mother's death.

DON'T ever go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
