The staff works diligently to welcome anyone who enters the door. Visitors feel as comfortable being there as do the clients.

The staff wasn't overly rude, but they weren't very polite either. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff is great about turning their phones off when they come into work. Their full attention is always on the patients. I was so confused when I left because they weren't able to answer any of my questions. I was very disappointed. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.My problem is that I endured weeks of abuse from my mothers roommate...I reported it and nothing was done...when I finally yelled back...They punished my mother and I..even saying i could not visit!!! entirely unfair to both my mother and me.....

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
