I had been to this Facility looking for a job I stood t the desk for 5 min. while everyone behind the desk was talking about what the did the night before, even though they saw me they still not wish to help me it took 5 min. before they would come from the glassed enclosure to assist me. The placed smell like urine the min. you walk in. Finally when one of the office lady's decided to help me I told her never mind. Thank you anyway, and walked out. I would never put any person in a place like that. Their customer service needs a lot of work and to place a loved one into place of urine smell I would never.

People in the front office is very rude and short. They don't seem to care if you get the help or answers that you need. Most of the time they don't even say a good bye. Sure need some people their that care and have good PR training. It is a dread to call their office.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door.
