I have visited Pacific Care Center many times. When you walk into a Nursing Home, you would expect there to be an odor. But when you walk into Pacific Care Center, there is none of that. You are greeted warmly, and with a smile. They treat you like part of the family. They are very attentive to the residents needs. Whether it be something as small as a box of Kleenex, to something as big as medical needs, Pacific Care Center Staff jumps right in - with their head, and their heart. If there is one thing I've learned over the years... It's that life can be very unpredictable. And that 'aging' is an inevitable fact of life. So, if you are ever faced with the decision of placing your loved one in a Nursing Home...I would highly recommend Pacific Care Center. They have made a very lasting impression, with my family, and myself. They have helped us through one of the most trying times we have ever had to endure. And they did so, with knowledge, compassion, and every ounce of their hearts.

Pacific Care Center is an amazing facility and one id highly recommend for anyone interested in long term care. The staff are extremely dedicated, reliable, and hard working. They genuinely care for these residents and you see that the minute you enter the building.

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. the only people that are worth anything are the housekeepers they are so helpful and sweet evrything else is HELLA BAD
