Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I have no idea why these review questions are so overloaded with sympathy and sweetness. Who cares? Nurses are supposed to keep a smile on their faces.

I was not disappointed by this facility. I went in very healthy to recover from a knee replacement and am now crippled for life, I cannot walk because of their therapists and nurses malpractice.

PS This facility also falsifies medical records. But they are so incompetent at it that the nurses, social workers and physical therapists who falsified the records did not coordinate. So they all contradicted themselves.

Just reading the records it was so obvious. Every lie contradicted the other lies.

Don;t go there. They might kill the next person instead of disabling them for life.

I checked the one star because it is the only way to type a review. It is not a one star facility. It will disable you for the rest of your life.

The truth is, I am now totally crippled for the rest of my life due to their malpractice and incompetence. if you value your life, stay away.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Tanya, the administrator, will do ANYTHING to make you and your loved one happy. One downside: The food is terrible.
