My father-in-law entered Palm Garden 10-26-16. He passed away 12-3-16 after being transported from the facility unresponsive. We feel the care there left a lot to be desired especially in care management meetings we were being told how well he was progressing. We knew this was not the case. It was almost impossible to get questions answered. Definitely would not recommend this facility!

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would but 1 will have to do. Horrible place. My grandfather was there almost a year and it was one horrible incident after another. Wish we had another choice but due to various circumstances, we had to leave him there. Constant "rolling eyes" by the staff. Almost no one seemed to care. Do not leave your loved ones there.

Brought my sister here, just a few days ago; and really it was a good experience- Staff worked closely with her; and quickly had her situated in a very comfortable room. Would recommend them to anyone.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
