If you're looking for decent "nursing care" Please keep Palm Garden out of your reach!!, This place is hell, My Great-Grandmother has been there for four days and has not been given a shower, for the first three days she has been wearing the same clothes as they would not change her, the person next to her asked for some help to get to the bathroom but no one came and she wet herself and was there for about 15 minutes until someone came to help her and today, my grandmother soiled herself (out of the rear end) and when help finally came, they only wiped her legs with toilet paper and her blankets still have crap on them, please DO NOT go here

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the friendly and quite welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was most impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Thier reahb team is second to none! I will absolutely return should I have further need for rehab.
