The staff here is only concerned about being able to bill insurance for the bed. There is no focus on patient care. My father saw a doctor three times in nearly two months and they lied about test results saying he had tested negative for a dangerous infection when they had never even done the test. Despite that, they moved him into a shared room and didn't have any staff or visitors take precautions to avoid contracting the infection. They have put a large number of people at risk. They also refused to take my father to the hospital when he was suffering from the effects of the infection and lied about the legal reasons why. This place is a sham ... they only get by because most of the residents have Alzheimer's and no family to fight for them. Needless to say, we have since removed my dad.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
