I was their for 8days it was very warm, the nursing staff was good. They miss place or loss three boxer briefs and t-shirts it was about $20.00 loss. When i was ready to go home I was not given much time to get ready to leave.only 30mins . it took time to get a CNA to help

This place is Horrid ..dirty and smelly, and some of the workers are so rude. One especially named Millie I asked her to unhook my dads oxygen n rehook it up to the tank on his wheel chair so I could walk him to the lobby, right away she said we don't walk patients. I wasn't asking her to walk him...very very rude with an attitude. First visit to my father I had no idea what room he was in I stopped at the front desk to sign in a woman there on the phone on a personal call making me wait finally I interrupted her to ask. I also have a picture of this same person sitting on the desk..swinging her legs and yacking n yelling to others. How unprofessional. I will never allow my father back in there. He has seen a doctor once in 7 days and I have to wonder how many doctor visits are they billing his medicare. You can bet I will be in touch with his medical group Desert Oasis and will be speaking to them.

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They did what I asked, not a bit more

What started as a positive experience for my mother (and our family) quickly deteriorated within the first week. With repeated requests for staff physician to call us - in three weeks, never received a call. When inquired about PT/OT at nurses station, they responded "she is doing okay." Daily visits - never at the same time of day or evening - ever found my mother anywhere but in her bed - many times with the call button out of reach. First staff/family evaluation happened after three weeks of care - and the family was notified by them leaving a note on our mother's tray table - no phone call, despite the fact that my contact information was posted on her bulletin board and everyone's contact information was in her chart. Went to visit her this morning to discover she had been transported to "a hospital" at 11:00 PM previous night - WITH NO PHONE CALL TO A FAMILY MEMBER. They didn't even tell my mother why she was being transported. I had to call area hospitals to find out where she was located and nurse on the unit - after confirming I was Power of Attorney - stated she was admitted at 1:00 AM - and explained diagnosis. Needless to say, we will make other arrangements for post-hospitalization care. Would NOT ever recommend this facility to anyone.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

No, but they said they were going to!
