If I could score it a zero I would. Jean an is very unprofessional, well tell you you cannot have cash on hand make you lock it up in her safe and when you pull your mother out because of negligence, she refuses to give the money back. She also took my mother's debit card while her wallet too we were told would not be safe due to theft. The negligence is over the top even tho they can shoe you on a chart that you're loved one, in excruciating pain was given her pain meds, even tho it is obvious that isn't the case. My mother suffered so badly I was heart broken. Don't take you loved one here!

IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONES, DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE!
My brother is a resident here only because there are no bed openings here!

My brother has been forcefully pulled from bed forcefully, there are no handicap restrooms in the rooms, no handrails, and many of the aides have no compassion for the residents. My brother uses an electric wheelchair and it died in the hallway, he asked an aide named Rose to help him get back to his room and she said "you got out here, get yourself back". He told her that he was crippled and couldn't. She told him that he wasn't the only resident there. He told her he would talk to the administrator about it and she told him to go ahead and while you're at it, tell them to fire me, because they won't.

The water at this facility smells and tastes like lake water. Residents are not even allowed their own socks! The socks are thrown in a box and shared! This place needs shut down! I would rate it a whopping -10 if possible!
