They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
