I have dealt with the staff at Pinewood Care Center in Coeur d'Alene, ID for going on ten years, and the facility has always maintained high standards for cleanliness and quality of service. The staff have always taken whatever time was needed to answer my questions and are always very professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone whose loved one required 24-hour nursing home care.

Unrelated - The "survey" that this website runs is ridiculous. Just skip it and post your own review, or else they'll create one based on the pre-formulated responses in the survey questions. I design surveys for a living and the questions are extremely biased.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The equipment at this nursing home seems current and safe, They have tried several wheelchairs for my mom over the years and they are always making sure she has a good fit. They make the effort to say hi and be helpful when I visit. This nursing home is well organized and clean. I could tell they take a lot of time making sure it is presentable. When I call to ask the nurse how my mom is doing, I am never put on hold for a long time and they are thorough in their answers.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
They are crawling with black mold, bugs, I saw ants crawling on a resident who couldn't even defend herself, and oh my god the MICE!!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
